PAN-Arts is the short name for Performing Arts Network, Inc., a California non-profit public benefit corporation and 501(C)(3) tax-exempt organization.

Our roots date back to 1990, when it was founded as the Solano College Theater Association to facilitate the operation of the campus theater at Solano Community College and later Harbor Theater in Suisun City. Its roles included scheduling new theaters, staffing productions and offering support with costumes, set props, equipment, ticket sales, and marketing.

 

A few years ago, budget constraints led Solano Community College to take these responsibilities in-house on a more limited basis.

We are an all-volunteer non-profit organization whose mission is to support and promote the performing and visual arts in Solano County and surrounding regions, to act as a resource to a network of local artists and artisans, and to award grants and scholarships.  In addition, we are the local representative organization for the California State Summer School for the Arts (CSSSA), and is the producing organization for the Annual Arty Awards.
